The first Few Days in Chicago

Last Wednesday I arrived in Chicago around four. Soon after my arrival my brother took me and my family to one of the local eateries. I believe I made my first mistake at this point where I decided to order the duck. Normally you wouldn't think doing something as simple as choosing a dish to be a mistake, however for me it was because I spent the next two days in bed sick. I woke up Saturday morning feeling surprisingly well and enjoyed most of the the next two days hanging out with my nephew. Monday morning was my first day at my internship. I rode the bus to the office with my brother. When we got there he introduced my to the people he works with then began helping me get into my work e-mail account and other start up things. After I got some of the initial setup in order I spent the rest of the day learning how to do some of the more minor tasks. The biggest thing I did the whole day was chang web ads for used cars which I enjoyed. So far everything has gone well and I have had a good time.

My Summer (So Far)

So far I have had a great summer. I have kept myself occupied with training for sports, working out, and playing music. I have played tennis a few times and I have ran almost every day folowed by weight lifting. I haven't had enough time to be bored (thank god). I have a few weeks left before I leave for chicago and my internship.
